About the hotel

Korrigan Lodge is a small scale Bed & Breakfast style hotel which offers premium accommodation with all desirable comfort and amenities. Every morning you will be served a full hearty breakfast which will kick-start you for either a long beach day or active exploration of the surrounded lush jungle.

With just four bungalows and located in the Manzanillo-Gandoca wildlife refuge, you will enjoy a true jungle getaway experience with an abundance of wildlife like sloths, monkeys, birds, frogs and many more, right on the property.

You will be staying just 400 meters away from one of the most beautiful beaches of Costa Rica: playa Arricife. A short bike-ride will bring you to other beautiful tropical beaches where you also can go sunbathing, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, enjoy a beach walk or start a kayak trip.

There many activities which let you experience the beauty of the region. Get to know the spiritual meaning of chocolate for the local indigenous people, explore the jungle with a professional guide, see dolphins, get your adrenaline rising during a jungle survival or zip line tour or try many of the other exciting tours. In the evening you can enjoy one of the many very good restaurants around, with Caribbean food or any cuisine you prefer and visit the tranquil fishing village of Manzanillo or the small vibrant town Puerto Viejo.
